President/Owner, Justin Klug P.E., is new to the consulting market.  However, complex construction engineering projects are nothing new.  Justin has worked on challenging infrastructure, water treatment and bridge projects in positions ranging from field engineer to project manager.  Construction engineering and design of temporary structures were disciplines that were interwoven into Justin’s field management.  It was inevitable that these fields would eventually become his specialty through a unique combination of design and field management  experience.  Most recently, Justin spent several years managing Flatiron Constructors Engineering Department in Southern California where he oversaw all construction engineering and design of temporary works for the district.
